Throughout his real estate career, Casey has gained direct exposure to the inner workings of Manhattan's most exclusive and competitive co-ops — navigating high-stakes board packages and negotiating complex deals with a level of precision found only at the top echelon of the industry.

A New York City resident for over two decades, Casey views his role not as a salesperson, but as a lifelong advisor. He is unafraid to be direct with his clients, even when the truth isn't what they want to hear, because clear, unvarnished advice is the only way to protect their interests. The goal isn't the transaction; it's a relationship that lasts long after the keys are handed over.

Prior to real estate, Casey spent 15 years as a writer and creative director at DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi, and R/GA. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.S. from Florida International University. He is also an Advanced Open Water diver with over 150 logged dives—a passion that keeps him comfortable under pressure, underwater and at the negotiation table.
